The DEEP Concierge Desk… At Your Service!
DEEP Consortium’s Concierge Desk Empowers Jewish Day Schools With Tailored Professional Development and Grants
There are so many options for professional learning. How do you know which opportunities will best support your teachers? Which ones can grow and strengthen their skills and practice? Which ones will support you in implementing the learning so it is as effective and long-lasting as possible?
The DEEP Consortium is here to help. Our Concierge Desk is a free service that consults with you in a judgment-free, confidential setting to:
- Identify your school’s strengths and areas of growth; and
- Guide you toward professional development practices and providers that can help you to address those areas of growth.
How the Concierge Desk Works

Complete the questionnaire by clicking the button below to describe your school’s strengths and challenges and basic history of professional development activities
2. Intake Conversation
A DEEP Concierge will be in touch within five business days of your questionnaire submission to schedule a 75-minute conversation about your school’s specific needs and goals.
3. Optional Faculty Survey
Schools can choose to conduct a whole-faculty anonymous survey, gathering valuable insights to inform the process.
4. Report and Recommendations
The Concierge reviews the findings and delivers a personalized report with targeted recommendations for professional development.
5. Catalyst Grant Application
Schools that participate can submit a detailed plan and budget to apply for a Catalyst Grant—up to $7,500—to help implement the recommendations.
6. Strategic Use of Funds
Schools use the grant funding to partner with experts, support educators, and address priorities identified during the process.
Catalyst Grants: Funding for Impact
