Areas We Address
School administrators would engage with us if they:
- Believe in a more progressive teacher style but are looking for guidance and direction on how to effectively change the teaching culture in their school and promote student- centered teaching/learning.
- Have been overall successful in cultivating a more progressive teaching approach in their schools but are having trouble getting some of their teachers (whether Judaic Studies or General Studies) to get on board.
- Need support in the areas of “teaching that reaches all students” and need a relevant and approachable way to introduce it to staff.
Expected Outcomes
Working with us, a school should expect to accomplish:
A cultural classroom shift in their school and a unified teaching pedagogy that reaches every student. Educators participating in our programs exit with the ability to effectively run a student-centered learning class.
Key Activities
We help schools achieve their goals by:
- Developing a structured professional partnership with school leaders and their educators
- Creating clear, defined, and achievable goals.
- Hosting an onboarding call with the principal to identify the needs and wants of the school for each educator, and our check ins along the way to ensure we are meeting those goals.
- Pairing coaches and educators with very similar academic/religious backgrounds to enable the educator to be as vulnerable as possible in order to achieve maximum success.
- Creating a community of like minded educators who can share, learn and collaborate with each other.
- Being accessible, attentive and flexible to school needs/requests.
